Orders may be cancelled only if the request is received before the order has been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details on recurring and subscription orders.

If there is any problem with your order — a charge you don’t recognize, a missing or damaged shipment, or a product that does not match its Certificate of Analysis — please contact us at support@synexbiolabs.com before opening a dispute with your bank. We respond within one business day and resolve legitimate issues directly, including replacement or refund where warranted under this policy.
Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions are investigated promptly, and confirmed fraud is refunded in full. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support are contested with complete order records, including delivery confirmation and the account holder’s acknowledgments made at the time of purchase. Filing a chargeback on a delivered, as-described order may result in the closure of the associated research account.
