Every lot we distribute is independently third-party tested before it ships. Because a Certificate of Analysis (COA) belongs to a specific lot rather than a product in general, you verify your own vial by matching its lot number to the documentation.
How to verify your lot
Find the lot number on your vial label or order paperwork, along with the product name.
Request the matching COA using the form below, or email support@synexbiolabs.com. We will send the COA and Safety Data Sheet for that lot.
Check the results. The COA should show the same product and lot number as your vial.
What the COA confirms
Identity — confirmed by Mass Spectrometry (MS).
Purity — verified by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), with a minimum purity standard of ≥ 99% across our catalog.
Lot traceability — documentation unique to the batch your vial was drawn from.
Request your COA
In your message, include the product name, the lot number and your order number (if you have one). If you can’t find the lot number, tell us what you ordered and when.
